Challenge
EMG needed a site that worked as an informative platform and a sales tool at once: presenting a large and growing roster of entertainment options in a way that stays engaging, qualifying visitors and capturing leads without breaking the brand’s polish, and keeping an expanding inventory of services searchable and easy to navigate.
Approach
We built the platform on WordPress with custom post types for DJs, bands, musicians, and campaign content, each with branded custom blocks the EMG team manages themselves. Elasticsearch powers instant, accurate search across the roster, and a custom mega menu keeps deep inventory one click away. Lead capture runs through custom forms wired into CRM automation, with visitor qualification, SEO, and Google Ads tuned around the queries that book events.
Outcome
The website became EMG’s highest-performing salesperson: visitors find the right act in seconds, qualified leads flow straight into the CRM, and organic and paid search keep the calendar full. The result is $8M in business driven through a single website.
