Challenge
Every Luxe Redux location ran on its own rhythm: legacy bridal software for inventory, separate tools for appointments, and no single view of the customer. Approach
We made Shopify the source of truth: migrating inventory, transfers, and purchasing out of the legacy bridal platform, standing up point of sale in every boutique, and documenting the operating procedures store teams actually follow. Appointments moved into a CRM wired to real fitting-room capacity per store, with automated confirmations, follow-ups, and tasks triggered the moment a bride books. Reporting spans every location from one place.
