How does a growing retailer unify booking, retail, and CRM across every store?

Luxe Redux Bridal sells designer gowns across a growing footprint of boutiques. Chek rebuilt its retail operations around one connected system — Shopify point of sale, a CRM built for bridal appointments, and automation that keeps every store on the same page.

Challenge

Every Luxe Redux location ran on its own rhythm: legacy bridal software for inventory, separate tools for appointments, and no single view of the customer. Booking a fitting — the moment the entire business depends on — lived outside the systems the stores used every day, and reporting across locations meant manual work.

Approach

We made Shopify the source of truth: migrating inventory, transfers, and purchasing out of the legacy bridal platform, standing up point of sale in every boutique, and documenting the operating procedures store teams actually follow. Appointments moved into a CRM wired to real fitting-room capacity per store, with automated confirmations, follow-ups, and tasks triggered the moment a bride books. Reporting spans every location from one place.

Outcome

Online booking launched as part of the connected system, and brides responded immediately: 90 scheduled appointments in the first 8 days. Store teams work one system instead of four, leadership reads every location from a single view, and each new boutique opens on a proven playbook.
